The Weiss-Aug Group delivers our Aerospace and Defense customers the strong, precise, reliable parts their lives depend on.
Complex machinery found in Aerospace & Defense equipment requires flawless parts that perform in the most extreme environments. Our parts can be found in commercial airliners, military helicopters, fighters, missiles, ground vehicles, U.S. Navy warships and even in aerospace vehicles sent to Mars. These intricate parts require our expertise in delivering high-performance metal parts via precision metal stamping and injection metal molding using exotic metals and alloys.
We can offer low volume, high precision reliability, and the ability to work with different alloys to manufacture your components
Many of the suppliers that we work with are certified for aerospace applications.
DESIGN THAT'S OUT OF THIS WORLD
Weiss-Aug met the design challenge to create a connector for the Planet Solar Dynamics Observatory on the planet Mars. We worked with the engineering team to help with DFM of the part and precision metal stamped these connectors with insert molding capability for the Curiosity Mars Rover.
